Our Kirkwood NY America 250 Celebration will be on Saturday, July 4 at Veterans River Park in Kirkwood.
Our event will start at 1:00 p.m. with a parade along Main Street followed by an opening ceremony w/ Alyssa Crosby singing the National Anthem and Roger Luther reading the Declaration of Independence. Throughout the day (from 2pm - 10 pm) we are going to have living history demonstrations, Revolutionary War reenactors, old fashioned games for kids, a salute to agriculture with a tractor show and some ag displays, a touch-the-truck event, concerts, food vendors and food trucks, and a hot air balloon glow. The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks show.
